Impact Coaching & Consultancy Ltd was originally founded in 2010 then relaunched in 2017, as a training company, by award winning business woman and Director Grace Graham, who has over 20 years' experience in leadership and management. Grace designs and delivers coaching skills workshops for local authorities with Emotional Intelligence (EQ) at the heart of everything. As well as an experienced workshop designer and facilitator, she is a qualified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner.
Grace has created a company, with her own unique style, that provides bespoke and individualised training consultancy for organisations who want their staff to lead with passion and intent. She also runs specific programmes for women and other staff members who are underrepresented in senior leadership positions. Grace works with a team of trained and highly experienced associates and partners who bring the courses and services to life, and add great value to the development of emerging leaders. A true believer in excellence, Grace gets people to release their inner maverick, be calm, and at their best in their current roles, so that they thrive when they move up to their next position, or move out.
Before setting up Impact, Grace gained close to 30 years experience of working in the charity, recruitment, and education sector in both the UK, and the US, where she had her first leadership role. Many of those years were spent leading children's centre services in North East London, where she managed programmes with budgets of up to £1/4 million.
Currently, Grace is a Trustee on the board of a non-religious church, and serves as Vice-chair of Governors at a school, both in London. She is also a Professional and Business Mentor for the University of East London. Grace is a champion for women's leadership and writes a blog called Rise & Lead like a Queen which focuses on women's empowerment, leadership.
